The good news is that we don't charge tax, because only B&Bs with more than 3 rooms are required to collect and remit taxes - this means you don't pay any tax on top of the rate, as you would if staying in a hotel. We also have a slightly lower rate if you stay more than one night. Low season rates are available from October through April.

RATES:
Rates include a full breakfast. When renting the extra Teen room along with the Main Room add $25 per person, per night.
High Season (May to September):
1 night - $140/night
2 or more nights - $130/night
Weekly - $775 for 7 nights
Dogs - $10/night per dog
Note: Minimum 2 night stay required from July 1 to September 30.
Low Season (October to April):
1 night - $120/night
2 or more nights - $110/night
Weekly - please call - depends on duration of stay
Dogs - $10/night per dog
Camping:
Our Trailer - $80/night or $500 per week
Your Trailer, with hookups and firewood - $30/night
Your Tents - $10/night

POLICIES:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and traveller's cheques.
- The "Teen" room cannot be rented by itself - only in conjunction with the Main B&B room because guests in both rooms share the ensuite bathroom attached to the Main room.
- We ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation - no charge is processed against your card.
- No cancellation charge with 24 hours notice (hey - stuff happens!). The only exception to this is for weekly stays from May through September - then we require a 20% deposit which is non refundable without 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
- We are open year-round.
- Check in after 2 pm. Check out by 11 am.
- Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking outside is ok.
- Pets: Resident pets include a golden retriever (Tess), chocolate lab (Bella) and 1 cat (Doodle). Dogs are welcome but must be approved in advance. Pet fee is $10 per night per dog.
